Manage your Chatter Labs account settings with this guide. Change your details, preferences, and notification options.

Personal Information

My Profile

You can enter your first name, last name, country and setting type. All fields except country, which is required for page print formatting, are optional as per our data minimization policy.

Display & Print Preferences

Page size is determine by country of usage. You can change your preferred language from available options. Your selected preferred language will determine the underlying data used in the worksheets and games.

Billing & Subscription

View Current Plan

Check your subscription details:

  • Plan type (Free, Basic, Premium)

Data & Privacy

Marketing Preferences

Choose to opt-in to receiving product updates and offers. as per our privacy policy, marketing preferences defaults to opt-out and user can select to opt-in.

Download Your Data

Export all your data:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Export My Data
  2. Click Request Data Export
  3. Select categories of data you wish to export
  4. Press Export Data Wait
  5. Save the file on your local computer

Account Deletion

Permanently Delete Account

Warning: This action cannot be undone.

  1. Go to Go to Account Settings > Delete Profile
  2. Click Schedule Account Deletion
  3. Read the warnings
  4. Type your email to confirm
  5. Click Permanently Delete My Profile

Your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Troubleshooting

Can’t change password?

  • Ensure you’re entering the correct current password
  • Try password reset via email
  • Contact support if issues persist

Changes not saving?

  • Check your internet connection
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Contact support if issues persist
