Login and Access Issues

Can’t Log In

Problem: Unable to log in to your account

Solutions:

  1. Verify you’re using the correct email address
  2. Check for typos in your password (passwords are case-sensitive)
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  4. Try a different browser
  5. Use the “Forgot Password” link to reset

Forgot Password

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for reset link (check spam folder)
  4. Click the link and create a new password
  5. Link expires in 24 hours

Performance Issues

Slow Loading

Problem: Application loading slowly or timing out

Solutions:

  1. Check your internet connection speed
  2. Close unnecessary browser tabs
  3. Clear browser cache and cookies
  4. Disable browser extensions temporarily

Display and Interface Issues

UI Elements Missing or Broken

Solutions:

  1. Hard refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R)
  2. Clear browser cache and cookies
  3. Update your browser to the latest version
  4. Disable conflicting browser extensions

Can’t Hear Audio

Solutions:

“Session Expired”

Cause: Been logged in too long or logged in elsewhere

Solutions:

  3. Ensure you’re not logged in on too many devices
  4. Check session settings in Account Settings

“Access Denied”

Cause: Insufficient permissions

Solutions:

  1. Verify you’re using correct account
  2. Contact workspace admin for permissions
  3. Check if you’re still member of organization
  4. Ensure account is active and paid
